2 Standing Rib Roasts on a Kettle

For Mothers Day I'm Qing a 7lb & a 5 1/2 lb Rib Roast. As my son wants to have the day at his house I will be using his kettle & not my WSM.
I usually use 20 minutes to the pound as a guide but as I will be cooking 2 will that effect my cook time.
Also, would you put the smaller roast on after the larger one is on a while or put them at the same time @ remove the smaller one when it reaches 120 degrees.

Thickness is more the determining factor rather than weight. If the smaller roast is significantly thicker than the larger roast, i.e., it was cut from the thicker end of a larger whole roast, put them on at the same time. If they are of similar thickness put the smaller one on 20 min or so after the larger; 30 min if the smaller one is not as thick.
