Will obviously check internal temp before pulling them off, but is the 11-14 mins/lb at 350 degrees still what I should plan on for 2 x 10-12 lb turkeys?
I go by 2.5 - 3 hours at 325°F in the WSM for a 10-12 lb turkey. Add another turkey and up the amount of fuel and I'd be looking at the long end of that time range.
