2 briskets

This is my first time with brisket and want to smoke 2 briskets. I have 18.5" Weber smoker. Will 2 briskets work on this smoker? One on top and one on the bottom grate? I also read that you want to time it so that it's still warm from smoking to serve else it doesn't taste as good, is that true?

It may be a squeeze on a 18.5, but you can do two at once, one top, one bottom. I recommend switching them 1/2 - 3/4 of the way through the cook. You can plan to have them done a couple hours early. Foil, and they'll stay hot for hours. Otherwise, since some briskets take awhile, you may be impatient to get it done sooner. Have fun and keep us informed.
I assume you've read this.
And this.

No, I haven't read it and thank you for the link. I've learned a lot from reading it. I have a few questions. Why is the brisket select (lower grade) better on high heat as opposed to low/slow? Is it because low/slow will dry it up? If I were to do 2 briskets, what will take the dripping from the brisket on top, it will drip on to the one that is below it? How is this different in taste HH on smoker as opposed to indirect heat on kettle grill?
