1st time for whole turkey breast

Wife just laid this one on me THIS MORNING. I had already planned to do a ham but now I'm wondering...

Since we didn't brine this thing, should I just grill it? It's a whole, bone-in turkey breast and I'm already planning to do a 7+ lb ready-to-cook ham in a bit and I'm only expecting that to go ~ 2 hours.

Tom, Put it on with the Ham. Pull it off when it hits 160. You could lift the skin and rub some butter on underneath the skin. Quarter up an Orange and put it in the cavity along with some aromatics.
