I used my Heatermeter/Raspi on my 250 gallon reverse flow smoker. I was smoking 24 butts, 15 racks of baby back ribs and 12 whole chickens. All I can say is the Heatermeter worked fantastic on my smoker. I used a larger 25cfm fan and made a mount for it. i burn charcoal and pecan logs. The Heatermeter was able to maintain the temp with no hassle (sorry no pics). So nice being able to monitor the smoker and food from PC or phone. I wanted say thanks Bryan and everybody else who worked on this project.
