Hope this works for my first food post!

Wife got me some craycorts for my performer for fathers day. Cooked up some wings for my first cook.

Very good.
Cooked a nice fat porterhouse today along with two Chuck eyes everyone has been talking about....Thank you Jim. Decided to use the Weber peppercorn marinade that I got from Chris!

Used the Q120 due to the heavy rain outside just as I got home.

Pictures are not the best but the meal was. The chuck eyes were crazy, the marinade was awesome. Left the steak in the marinade bag for 30 minutes. I usually use the salt technique then roll with some pepper and onion powder. I will use this weber marinade again!

Nice lookin plates, what's the verdict on the craycort grates ? I think I need a set for my performer.

Great looking wings and steaks! I have the craycort grates and I can tell a big difference between them and the stock Weber grates!

Dave, so far I love the craycorts. Some have talked about them being a pain in the butt to remove to start coal and keep rust free. I have had no problems at all. I brush the grates clean and oil after EVERY cook and I like to do it. I was on vacation for over a week. The craycorts sat on my back patio in the covered performer in 100 degree heat the whole time. No issues at all. These CIG's are worth every penny to me.
