1st Brisket

I would like to try my first brisket Sunday. I have smoked everything else there is to smoke, but have never tried a brisket. I need to know what cut? What temp to smoke it at? How long per pound? What internal temp it should be when it is done? How long to let it rest before I slice it? If I have forgotten anything please let me know. As you can see I have alot to learn about brisket! Thanks in advance for everyones help.
 
I would suggest that you get a whole brisket and not a flat as they are more forgiving. Cook it until 180-185 or until a fork goes in easily. Wrap in foil and put in a cooler for at least an hour. Enjoy.
