This was my 1st attempt with a BB. It was sooooo good. About 4.4lbs and took about 7 hours. Lo and slow!!! Didn't fall apart on its own, but pulled very easily.

I can only find one thing wrong with your 1st. butt.
All the wasted space on you grill!
Coarse I always cook far too much, but pork can be frozen to enjoy later! Or toss some A.B.T's, or a fatty on for later.
Great looking butt, good bark, keep it up!

Well, normally I would agree with you, but it's just my wife and I, and neither one of us is a big eater. We do have lots of good leftovers however. Mmmmmmmm!
