14.5 WSM chicken halves and pork loin - loading the 14.5 to it's max

We had a problem with our freezer and had to throw out some stuff but saved these 6 chicken halves and legs. I also pulled out what I thought was a pork butt, turned out to be a bone-in pork loin.
Since my wife doesn't like anything smoked unless it is ribs I decided to do her food on the Silver B while loading up the 14.5

I found that two halves and 3 legs filled the top grate and the pork and a couple legs did the bottom. I don't know that I could have fit much more on it.

I decided to do it hot and fast with RO lump, I opened a bag of Cowboy, it wasn't lump it was small trees! One piece was about 12 inches long and 6 inches in diameter!

I also used my Foodsaver vacuum marinator for the first time on the chicken. I used McCormick Smokehouse Maple and McCormick Chicken "rubs" sprinkled on.

Everyone liked what they got.

Looking good, I have been looking for some bone in pork loin over here in Nebraska for awhile. None of the grocery stores seem to carry it, time to head down to the local butchers and see what I can find.
