great title and great burger. The height on that this is awesome. The only thing missing from my burgers last night was some bacon, you did not miss that note like I did, great job!
 
Thanks! I thought about using the Hunsaker griddle, so I could do up the mushrooms and onions on there, but coals and the standard grate was the way to go. It was a really satisfying cook.
