lobster

Hangin out at the lake where the Jumbo Joe and 14.5" WSM came into play. Put a small CI pot of taters, carrots, and onions on the 14.5" then seared a steak and lobster tails on the JJ. This is the result with a crappy iPhone camera:

Furlough is over so we celebrated tonight. Costco had some nice Ribeyes and Lobster tails so we bit. Served with a garden grown beefsteak tomatoe picked about 2 minutes before this photo. Thanks for lookin at my cookin.
