This is a friend of mines chicken method, works great. Coat chicken with olive oil, splash with lemon juice, cat with 2 parts Penzeys jek and 1 part dizzy pig jamaican firewalk and marinate overnight, cook indirect at 350 or so. Ziggy Marley took a nap. Found some of this. Good Stuff...
