Hey folks!
I've been lurking here for awhile (or at least ending up here when searching for something related to BBQ). I have an 18.5" WSM
that I don't use often enough 
I live in Sydney, Australia - so pretty much there's no excuse to not be firing up the smoker year round (our winters aren't _that_ bad).
I finally joined the forum after getting a HeaterMeter Kit and having some troubles with the LCD on it after building it, and needing some advice, but hopefully I'll also participate in other threads too!
