RACHAEL RAY-WOW!!!!! Look what I found in the magazine that just arrived. I am a big fan of corn on the cob. I like it with lots of butter and salt. But, I have tried it a few different ways. I'm anxious to try it this way. Hope it's not to hot and spicy for me.
Sriracha & Sesame Corn on the Cob
8 ears of corn, husked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. sriracha, plus more for drizzling
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
Heat grill to medium-high. Grill corn, turning often, until kernels are deep yellow and charred in spots, about 10 minutes; season.
In bowl, mix mayonnaise and 2 tsp. sriracha; season.
Brush sriracha mayo on hot corn. Top with sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Drizzle with more sriracha.
