Thoughts on this? I have been doing modified keto (I can't do 20g of carbs a day, so I target 40g or lower) and I wanted an alternative to a rub that gets the job done.

1/4 cup erythritol
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon ground thyme
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon ground marjoram
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice

I lowered the amounts to accommodate 3 slabs of baby backs.
