Does anyone that uses the vortex use rubs that contain sugar? I really like how the vortex crisps chicken and want to do a cook using meat church rubs. Just concerned that the sugar in the rub will burn.
Big fan of St Louis 2 hour ribs on the weber. You can flip them a few times and get'em all nice and crispy, and it's cool to flip a big'ol rack with tongs.
