18.5" WSM with Hunsaker Stainless Steel Barbecue Basket and Vortex Charcoal Basket?
Hi, I have a 18" WSM and recently purchased the Hunsaker Vortex Charcoal basket. I've used it so far with good success to hang chicken breasts and ribs with hooks, but also saw some interesting videos on YouTube demonstrating the Hunsaker Stainless Steel Barbecue Basket. Would love to use the basket as they show in some videos to cook salmon, wings, chicken, etc.

I was wondering if any of you have this combo and would recommend it. Does it fit properly in the 18" WSM with the Vortex charcoal basket (without a stacker)? Can you fit more than one basket, both side by side vertically? Is the heat distribution from the vortex even enough that the items at the bottom of the basket don't get overcooked?
My ultimate goal would be to do a wings skewered within the basket and have them cooked evenly top to bottom, without flare-ups (maybe flipping the basket over lengthwise mid-cook).
Thank you!
