Long time lurker, purchaser of multiple bbq and grilling books, obsessive fan of Aaron Franklin and Central Texas BBQ.

Also a huge Weber fan- I have a Genesis 3 burner, Smokey Joe and !8.5" Smokey Mountain.

I've learned a lot from trial and error, and hope to take my game to the next level by interacting with my fellow Weber peeps!
