I stumbled across this the other day, and thought it was a clever use of technology to put people in touch with good beef:


I ordered a share of the latest cow that was "tipped", and expect to receive it in early June. We'll see if it's worth it, but I figured the novelty was worth checking out. I think it's a neat concept.

No doubt it's not cheap, James. Then again, there's only one regular source of grass fed beef in my area, and that one is more expensive. I'll see what the quality of the product is like, and maybe it'll be a go-to for something special now and then. I don't think I'll be putting it on the table every night! :)
