PID Tuning Help

Hey guys! I have an Old Country Wrangler offset grill. Currently my PID settings are the default. It keeps temp fine but I'm not getting the thin blue smoke that you're looking for. I'm figuring that the fire is getting choked out. I tried to understand how to do PID tuning but it makes my brain hurt. Any suggestions?

Changing your PID won't fix it. It's hard, really, to diagnose without seeing a graph but try increasing your fan speed so your pit gets more oxygen for a cleaner burn

Sorry. Here is a graph and settings

Yeah you need to get your PID settings better, you have long periods where your pit isn't getting any air. You need consistent airflow to have clean combustion. Judging by what I see you likely have a blower setup... I'm not too good at estimating PID settings for blowers, but there are plenty of people here that are.
