Hi everyone! I'm Nick and I'm brand new to the world of smoking. After watching several programs on TV about grilling and smoking, I decided it's time to take my BBQ to the next level. I have a gas grill, but I went out and bought a WSM 22. I figure this would be a good entry level smoker, even if it is the largest one in the product line! Go big or go home, right? The only thing that I have cooked on it so far was two pork butts following a recipe I got online. WOW!!!! I cannot believe I have not started this sooner. Ribs are coming this weekend!
