Genesis E-320 propane leak

Hi all, I could use some help troubleshooting and fixing a gas leak on my Genesis E-320. As soon as I open the valve on the propane tank I hear the gas hissing out. Within seconds I can smell the gas. I've sprayed all of the hose connections under the grill including the regulator and not seen any bubbles. By the sounds of it, the leak is pretty significant. I'm thinking my next step is to pull the front panel off and check the manifold and burner control valves. Any tips/tricks for disassembling the front of my grill, or any recommendations of known trouble areas that tend to develop leaks or anything like that? Thanks in advance.

Look at the bottom of each individual valve. They sometimes have a little "tooling plug" that will simply "fall out". One did on my old Genesis and I simply used some permatex #2 on a self tapping screw. Been like this well over 20 years
