JMc’s Veggie Casserole
1 can French Style Green Beans
2 cans Shoe Peg Corn (or white corn)
1 can Water Chestnuts (sliced)
1 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
½ cup Celery
½ cup Green Onion
½ cup Green Bell Pepper
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 stick Butter
Cheez-Its (crushed)[enough to cover top]
Mix all ingredients together (except butter and Cheez-its). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Add crushed Cheez-its and pour butter over top. Bake for another 15 min or until bubbly. Double if necessary. Enjoy.
