Tried this yesterday and was impressed with the flavors. I used my cast iron smoker box with apple wood chips to get a bit of a smoky flavor. Grilled on my Genesis gasser.

Beets – peeled and rinsed and patted dry
Weber’s Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
EVOO
Balsamic vinegar
Slice beets (approx. ½ inch slices)
Rub with EVOO and sprinkle with seasoning
Grill over direct medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning about 3 – 4 times
Serve with balsamic drizzled over beets
