This link should take you to an exploded view. If it doesn't work, go to weber.com and follow the links in parts and support http://help.weber.com/schematics/browse.aspx?model=211001 You could get some metal and fabricate, or look on CL for a donor grill. There are a lot of G1k's out there for $40 or less.
