PECAN PRALINE DIPPING SAUCE
Yield: Approximately 2 qts.
Ingredients
5 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup Water
2 cups Pecans, chopped
3 cups Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 pinch Cinnamon
¼ lb. Unsalted Butter, cubed
3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Method of Preparation
1. Combine brown sugar and water in a saucepan, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add pecans, salt, cream and cinnamon. Allow to simmer an additional 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, and whisk in butter, one cube at a time, until fully incorporated; then whisk in the vinegar.
