Quick Stoker Question

I'm getting ready to order a Stoker for my WSM Cooker.

If you are running a cook with two food probes, where do you thread the temperature probe (assuming the food probes go through the grommets that Rock sells)?

Should I buy two sets of grommets, one for each side of the cooker?

Chris, Stoker owner here. In my opinion I'd buy the eyelets from Guru, Rock changed his and lets just say they leave much to be desired - PICTURE I have both and much prefer the Guru parts.

To the original question, do I need two sets of eyelets, then? (Two food probes, one temp probe)

Sorry, blew by that one didn't I. Yes, you'll need an eyelet for each probe. so you'll need a total of two packages = four eyelets.

Thanks for your guidance. I did order two sets of eyelets from the Guru site. Also placed my order to Rock's for a loaded Stoker (three food probes) and the need WSM adaptor.

Can't wait to install the Stoker hardware and Amir's Stokerlog software!
