"Schoolbus Smokers" I don't know. You may get into hot water with the local PTA. I did the same thing that you are doing when I picked my team name. With so many teams out there it's hard to get a name that fits you and is unique.Keep hunting it will come to you.

Tim,I don't comp, but I've almost always referred to my pulled pork as "Phil-b-q". Maybe you could do "Tim-b-q" or "The Smoking W's" or something along that line. Keep it simple and personal. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
I'd love to call it Tim-B-Q!.. but I think the rest of my team might have an issue with it.

I know for a fact that Comp BBQers do not like their names copied. I have some friends that are having this done to them and they arent too thrilled about it. I for one do not blame them.
How about,
Lotta Oink, Cold Smoke, Doctor Barbecue, Perry Sisters & Sons, Cue-owl, Cancer Sucks Cleveland, Pallet Envy. See what I mean?

Dale.. I can completely see where you're coming from with your examples. In fairness though, the examples were of fairly unique names that would be hard to pull off without sounding as if it were being copied.
Anyways, I guess our search continues.
