Hey guys...and gals. My name is Mark from Dallas...and I recently purchased a new Weber Genesis S-310. (It arrived yesterday) I've been a charcoal guy for all my 39 years, but finally decided to take the plunge and add a gas grill to the family. I look forward to gaining lots of knowledge and some lively discussion here on the forum.

Boy that grill is so pretty and Fab looking you could just sit it there and never use it. a feast for the eyes. that said, im also a coal guy(performer)but love the gas for quick meals like burgers steaks and so forth.

Thanks guys. Once I got it, it was sparkling clean on the inside only for about 3 hours. Then I had to fire her up!!!

Nice! I just bought a 310 in black today from my local hardware store. I probably could have found it a bit cheaper, but it includes free delivery (this Monday) and disposal of my old rusty gasser. All I have to do is drop in the propane.

It also comes with the stainless steel grates (like yours). I kinda wanted to get the extra sear burner and side burner (330 model), but think the 310 is all I really need to accompany my trusty WSM.
