Michael, I haven't tested the box for water resistance but it should hold up fine in moderate rain. I could have made it a lot more resistant by using different 1/4" jacks but I used what I had on hand.

Very interested... Do you have more pictures that show how the power is connected to the case? Can you make a set of probe connectors accessible from the outside of the case and still keep it water tight?
