    Defrosted pulled pork.

    I took some frozen pulled pork from the freezer last night and it has now defrosted in the refrigerator, Im just wondering if it's safe to eat cold as it is or do I have to nuke it in the microwave to a high tempreture like I would other cooked meats? I just don't want to make anybody ill.

    Full chicken temps

    I just cooked my first chicken on the throne and after 4 /12 hours the internal temp after I took it from the grill is 173F, the juices run clear but I'm a bit iffy on wheather we should eat or not. I is currently resting in foil.
