    My $5 Red Head

    Very rough shape, no date letter,three wheeler, no thumb screws on legs and plastic wheels so I'm guessing 75-79. I wonder if it's spent it's whole life put together wrong, handle should be so you could pull and roll it. Don't know what to do with it, maybe sell it for $15...

    Jerky on the Big Chief

    Pro BBq stacker

    Do I need a Pro BBQ stacker for my 18? I 'm thinking I could use it for a oven type thing as the smokenator does a fine job for smoking and I dont need more cooking space. I think it would be good for jerky drying too.?

    Cherry smoked chuck

    First run with a smokenator on my 18, About a 5 lb chuck, cherry smoked. Temp control was easy. Wife likes well done. I prefer med but happy wife, happy life.     My 2002 18.5,,,. A hard day of scrubbing with simple green and a whole pumas stone.Gel gloss on the outside lid and bowl. The grill was $20 on graiglist then Craycort ci grates,gold ash kit, leg kit ,tool hanger,Smokenator and a cover. Ain't she beautiful...

    Go any where gas

    On the fence, I can pick up a gas go anywhere with wood handles for $20, Craycort now has the ci grates @45. Think I want the charcoal but haw hard could it be to gut it into one?

    My 2002 Genesis Silver B

    $40 on Graigslist, New ci grates,burners,ss bars,warming rack,casters,cover And a basket rotisserie. I sold my 6 year old Q300 to fund the project. The Q was a good grill but the Genesis is more versatile to us. Simple green,gel gloss and a day of srubbing.
