The only one I know of is that Lowe's has their twin 16lb packs of KBB for 17.88, which is hardly a sale at all. HD is probably offering a similar deal. Any other sales?

I just had the same problem. I finally determined that it must be the regulator. I ordered a new one from Amazon and it arrived a few days ago. I removed the old one yesterday and installed the new one, and presto, problem solved!

Yes it does. That's not necessarily a bad thing BTW. I like the RO Classic Briquettes and that's all I use in the WSM. I picked up a twin pack today, so will try them out in the Performer tomorrow. If nothing else, they'll be fine for smoking in the WSM.
