    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

    When using stokerlog on a windows 7 machine last night/this morning, stokerlog kept going to "not responding" and never recovering. Sometimes it would work for a couple hours, sometimes just for 20-30 minutes.

    I ordered my new stoker unit about two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from them. I sent an email to them through their website yesterday, and still haven't heard back. How long does it typically take for them to ship the units? It seems like it's taking quite awhile.

    I want to try making the dry cured pastrami but I can't find Morton's tender quick anywhere. I can find plenty of Adolphs Meat tenderizer. Will this work, or do I have to use Morton's?

I know pork butt can be used, but I get my pork butt from sam's club and don't want to buy 15lbs of it just to make some meatloaf. especially since i'm not...

    What is the Best procedure to smoke, store & reheat ribs?

    I'm just reinforcing what everyone else has said, but I used to work in a very popular BBQ restaurant here and they would smoke their ribs, put them in the fridge, and then finish them on the grill for a few minutes right before serving. They tasted awesome.

    I was at Sam's club and noticed that the price by the case is pretty cheap. Does anyone know how many lbs of pork butt come in a case, or how many lbs of baby back ribs come in a case? thanks in advance!
