    What Next?

    So I have a green egg and a WSM and have done many Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Beef, Chickens and Turkeys, Poor mans burnt ends. Only a few Briskets. What would you try next, feeling like I am in a bit of a rut and want to try something new. Cheers

    Just picked up an 18" WSM for the cottage. Long time smoker on a Lrg Green Egg at home.
