    ^^ Those are the gourmet grates pictured. The standard grates on all Genesis II models that come with standard porcelain enameled cast iron are reversible, actually starting from 2018 I believe.

    Seared T-Bone with iGrill3 in use!

    My first post and first real attempt at a properly well researched Seared T-Bone. A brand new Weber E435... Cast Iron pre-heated to max for 15 minutes, did the 10 and 2 sear positions and slid it over to indrect heat to finish the cook, the iGrill got this puppy right at a Medium 60 degrees...
