Too much work. The garages here are side by side and in rows far away from the apartments, about 600 feet. My Weber has small office chair style casters and moving it along the sidewalk makes a ton of noise, and a lot of the sidewalk is uneven.

I think Weber made good by offering a "10 year warranty on everything" on the newer grills. Not sure what year they changed the warranty length to cover every part. However...I don't think I could bring myself to buy a newer Weber until they fix the igniter button. Cheapest one I ever seen.

Tonight I tried cooking a frozen pizza that said "great for grilling". I turned the gas up to 400 like it said too. Used no pan...like it said to. Came out with the entire bottom like coal.

I have always wondered why gas ovens have a temperature you can set it to. But if you want to cook say a pizza on a grill, you have to fiddle with the high-medium-low to get it close to 400. I've never seen gas grills with a knob that shows the temperature.

Befriend a place that rebuilds engines, a lot of them have a tank they soak engine blocks in. Could probably have them soak your hood and firebox cheap. I've used them before, they take every speck of baked on grease off. Would be a lot less mess than manually scrubbing/grinding one.
