Any difference between the Weber hose/gas regulators PN 7501 and 7502 other than their length (14.5 v 21.5) for a Silver B? Any other alternative gas regulators just as good? Thanks

On inside left of the fire box 2 screws appear to hold the burners down. If I can't remove/replace, then what? Leave as is? Thanks!
