BBQing a chicken. Love this device. The only thing I need now is a damper and case, temperature will eventually go down after temp spike(due to opening lid) but takes too long. Thanks Bryan for your wonderful creation. I hope I can try to contribute to this forum.

I decided to order the metal film resistor instead of ceramic. I hope that is ok. This is my first build. Havent soldered since highschool some 13yrs ago but i think ill be ok w the youtube videos
