    Brisket Sale

    A small 3 store grocery chain has USDA prime briskets on sale starting tomorrow at $2.98lb. I have never bbq’ed a brisket before nor really have use for a whole one. I was thinking of cutting one into thirds if I buy. Appreciate your ideas on how to cut it? TIA...BG

    Desiccant

    Think its safe to those desiccant packs inside my SJ and Go-Anywhere grills? I live in an area that gets a lot of marine layers (fog). Especially to protect my Craycort CI grates.

    SJ: Reverse Sear?

    Using a Smokey Joe and a full bed of charcoal, is it possible to do a reverse sear by using the vents for temperature control? How would you do it? TIA...Bailey
