I don't think I had any particular type in mind, I just wanted to see some recipes with sausage. This hot Italian one sounds good.

And I think I'll like the peaches more than other times, because it will have the balsamic vinegar dressing mixed in it. Gives it more of the acidic flavor to balance out the sweetness.
