Sunday dinner was shrimp tacos on the griddle. Sweated off a mix of tomato, onion and green pepper, seasoned with Spiceology Chile Margarita rub. And some chopped up shrimps, same rub
I swear, one did include a grill 😉
Startedwith Saturday dinner, grilled a blackened salmon filet, and then we made a Salmon BLT with it. And had my favorite chips with it - Funyun flavored Lays Wavy, yum
