So I skipped seasoning, thinking webers non-stick spray would do right by me. Now I have tons of crap on my grate, and brushing isn't really doing much. How do I get this grate back down to factory so I can season it and start over anew?

So I got a brand new E-330 for $675 OTD earlier today, or $243 less than I could get an EP-330 for. But I do kind of covet the heavy duty stainless grates that I'm not getting. So are the cheaper gourmet grates as good as the regular stainless steel grates?

Definitely not big enough to do meat and veggies at the same time. Have to cook the veggies most of the way, then cook the meat, then finish off the veggies while the meat is resting. Getting a Genesis E-330 tonight (would get the EP-330, but it'd run me $232 more than the E-300).

Might just go with new then. The grill isn't that much bigger, and I doubt the difference in stainless used makes much of a difference (both burner sets are warrantied to 10 years), and although the IR burner for spit cooking is nice, I doubt I'd miss it as I've never used a rotisserie before.
