    Smoked Chuck Roast for Chili

Nice! I've won the chili cookoff at my work the past 2 years using smoked chuck roasts. I shredded mine instead of cubing them but still came out very tasty.

    Hurricane Irma

I'm a bit north east of Tampa, my place just had debris everywhere but no damage. My dads place had a tree fall and barely missed his house/bedroom, and he still had one of those big *** old school satellite dishes that the wind finally took down after all these years. No power for about 5 days...

    Hello from Deland, FL!

Welcome Chris! Hope you hunkered down well over there the other week. I have family in Deland and they said they lost power and the city was pretty locked down for a bit. Guess the perfect time to fire up the grill!!

Nathan, so you're going with pulled pork sliders and PSB sliders? Are you going to make 300 of each? I'm still having a hard time figuring out what I can make on 1 BGE that I can provide 300 samples of. Last night I thought about bacon wrapped pork belly, but my wife and friends were basically...

Everything you said is just about the same except we'd be cooking on BGEs instead. My wife and I have...
