Going on a tailgate and will only have 5 or 6 hours of smoking time available. Will that be enough time? Should I cheat and put in the oven for a few hours first? Will probably do two butts in the mini.

Thanks to all of the great information on here I am just about finished with my first mini. Logos are painted on just waiting to clear coat them and cure in oven. Here are some pictures of my build. Hope to do a trial smoke this week and be ready for our homecoming tailgate next week.

Thanks to the help of this forum I'm going to put together my first mini. I will use for tailgating mostly and we sometimes get 15-20 people at our tailgates. Worried about capacity to support that much food. I may just end up doing a UDS for those large events. But as anyone tried to double...
