Looks like a good set up with an 18" pizza pan. the Weber Low & Slow kit seems a little pricey for just a charcoal ring and a diffuser plate. I think I will make another expanded metal basket to fit in my 22" kettle. like the one picture below but maybe not as tall

Nice looking color. I wasn't aware the 26's came in colors other than black. The table is beautiful (almost too nice). They did a nice job. IMHO its not worth 1K when you can get a WSK for just under 1K.

Looking amazing. I think the Weber Performers are the best charcoal grill for the money. The Weber Performer 22" is the perfect size, I love the metal fold down table. Sounds like you have the perfect accessories for your Performer.

I have used the smoke hole on my Weber for a couple slow cooks, it made dialing the temperature a lot more precise.

Yes, I am curious what the wheel upgrade is for. I can see how having the Performer a little higher can make things easier. I am only average height However, for those that are 6ft or taller then a higher table would save on the back pain.
