    Oooops , well I was aiming for 225 I guess, but seeing as I am in newfoundland and it will only be about 3C ( 37F ? ) tomorrow I am afraid that may even prove a challenge...I was going to run out to home depot in the mornin and grab a water heater insualtor if it will help. Thanks

    going to cook tomorrow. I have searched and havent been able to find an estimate on how long this will take....like if i have to get up at 5am or what ! I am using the bigger badder beef rub recipe, i will take some pics when we get rollin here soon. cheers, adam
