    WSM 18.5 with Maverick for sale

    Any igrill2 users here? I was curious if any of you have one and your thought on it? I'm using a Maverick 732 that I've had a couple years but wondered if an upgrade to this or anything else be worthwhile?

    Planked Mahi

    First time planking fish. Goes to show how far behind I am. Went with Mahi paired with pineapple/mango salsa and it turned out pretty good. I may get one more cook off the Lowes bought cedar.

    Do you inject pieces of meat like a boston butt before smoking or does it matter? I've read both ways but haven't tried enough either way to notice any advantage.
