    Hi from Temecula, CA

I have been reading these forums for a few months now, finally joined. Recently bought a 18" WSM, found a used Pitmaster IQ110 on ebay for around $75. So far I've barbequed baby back ribs, tri tip, chicken thighs, and beer can chicken.
