Just reassembled my Genesis 1000 and the burner tubes move about a 1/4 inch back and forth inside the manifold. Is this normal?

How should I go about replacing the aluminum rails underneath. I haven't tried yet but I'm sure the screws are either stuck or are going to snap off. How have you guys gone about replacing these? Thanks.

My serial number starts in EO. I know on the Kettles that means 1995. Is it the same on the gassers too? Thanks, Mike

Taking out the garbage to the dumpster last night I saw this sitting there. Rolled it to around back of my building to have a better look at it today. What do you think? Looks like it needs all the usual parts, flavorizer bars , igniter, grates and the bottom pan. Everything looks really solid...
